HOA (Home Owners Association) Management is a California corporation whose roots began in 1984 when several individuals and companies joined forces to provide top quality management services exclusively for homeowners associations.

Presently, the company is fully owned and operated by its President Sandra Brzezinski and its Vice President/CEO Bob Berthold. Together they have over 40 years of experience in this field.

Located in Glendale, California for over 20 years, the company has grown from 4 employees and 8 clients to over 30 employees and 165 client associations.

The company philosophy has always been to remain personal in its approach to each client, to be flexible enough to tailor management programs to clients' needs and to never lose sight of the fact that the clients make the decisions and we are the strong administrative arm that implements them.
